Project 58-e-13, Argonne boiling reactor ( A R B O R), National Reactor Testing Station, Idaho, $8,500,000. 14. Project 58-e-14, natural uranium, graphite moderated, gas cooled, power reactor prototype; development, design, and engineering only, $3,000,000. The Commission shall proceed with sufficient design work, together with appropriate engineering and development work, necessary for the Commission to begin construction as soon as practicable after authorization by the Congress, of a large scale natural uranium power reactor prototype. to

start any project set forth in subsections 101(b), 101 (c), 101 (e), 101 (g), and 101 (j) only if the currently estimated cost of that project does not exceed by more than 25 per centum the estimated cost set forth for that project. (b) The Commission is authorized to start any project set forth in subsections 101(d), 101 (f), 101 (h), 101 (i), and 101 (k) only if the currently estimated cost of that project does not exceed by more than 10 per centum the estimated cost set forth for that project.
