Resolved by the Senaie {the House of Representatives concurring), of^congV^^^^^ That a joint committee consisting of four Senators and five Repreceremonies. sentativBS, to be appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, respectively, is authorized to represent the Congress of the United States at the ceremonies to be held at Jamestown, Virginia, on July 30, 1957, in commemoration of the three hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the founding of Jamestown, the first permanent English settlement in America. The committee shall select a chairman from among its members. Expenses. Resolved further, That the necessary expenses of such joint committee shall not exceed the sum of $1,000, one-half of such sum to be paid from the contingent fund of the Senate and one-half of such sum to be paid from the contingent fund of the House of Representatives, on vouchers approved by the chairman. Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concmrlng), That there be printed for the use of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary seventy-five thousand additional copies of Senate Report Numbered 131, Eighty-fifth Congress, entitled "Internal Security Annual Report for 1956". Agreed to July 1, 1957»
"THE INIERNATIGNAL PETROLEUM CARTEL"
Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring), That there shall be printed three thousand additional copies of the report entitled "The International Petroleum Cartel", a staff report to the Federal Trade Commission submitted to the Subcommittee on Monopoly of the Senate Committee on Small Business, which was printed as a committee print during the Eighty-second Congress, second session. Such additional copies shall be for the use of the Subcommittee on Antitrust and Monopoly of the Committee on the Judiciary. Agreed to July 1, 1957.
FOREIGN-AID PROGRAM
Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring). That there shall be printed as a Senate document a compilation of studies and reports prepared under the direction of the Special Committee To Study the Foreign Aid Program, created by S. Res. 285, agreed to July 11, 1956, as amended by S. Res. 35, agreed to January 30, 1957. SEC. 2. There shall be printed eight thousand additional copies o f such Senate document. Such additional copies shall be for the use of the Special Committee To Study the Foreign Aid Program. Agreed to July 1, 1957.
