For expenses, not otherwise provided for, necessary to carry out the functions of the Department of Labor under the Act of July 12, 1951 (65 Stat. 119), as amended, including temporary employment of persons without regard to the civil-service laws, $1,550,000, which shall be derived by transfer from the farm labor supply revolving fund: Prow!«?e</. That reimbursement to the United States under agreements hereafter entered into pursuant to section 502 of the Act of October 31, 1949, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1462), shall include all expenses of program operations except those compliance activities separately provided for herein. For the payment of compensation and other benefits and expenses (except administrative expenses) authorized by law and accruing during the current or any prior fiscal year, including payments to other Federal agencies for medical and hospital services pursuant to agreement approved by the Bureau of Employees' Compensation; continuation of payment of benefits as provided for under the head "Civilian W a r Benefits" in the Federal Security Agency Appropriation Act, 60 Stat. 696. ^947. I[^Q advancement of costs for enforcement of recoveries in thirdparty cases; the furnishing of medical and hospital services and supplies, treatment, and funeral and burial expenses, including transportation and other expenses incidental to such services, treatment, and burial, for such enrollees of the Civilian Conservation Corps as were certified by the Director of such Corps as receiving hospital services and treatment at Government expense on June 30, 1943, and who are not otherwise entitled thereto as civilian employees of the United States, and the limitations and authority of the Act of September 7, 39 Stat. 742. iQiQ^ as amended (5 U.S.C. 796), shall apply in providing such services, treatment, and expenses in such cases and for payments pur2003-2004? *^^* suant to sections 4(c) and 5 (f) of the W a r Claims Act of 1948 (50 U.S.C. app. 2012); such amount as may be required during the current fiscal year.
