John C. Walsh.

AN ACT For the relief of John C. Walsh.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John C. Walsh, of New York, New York, the sum of $5,800. The payment of such sum shall be in full settlement of all claims of the said John C. Walsh against the United States on account of professional services rendered by him as a special assistant to the Attorney General of the United States for the period beginning February 3, 1963, and ending June 80, 1953, both dates inclusive, his claim therefor (claim numbered •21568787) having been disallowed by the General Accounting Office as exceeding a salary limitation which was established for such position, but of which he was not informed: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved August 28, 1958. AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Margaret Graham Boiinalie.

Be it enacted by the Seriate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 352(a)(1) shall be held not to luive been or to be applicable in the case of Mrs. Margaret Graham Bonnalie: Provided, That she returns to the United States for permanent residence within two years following the date of the enactment of this Act. AN ACT For the relief of Erika Margaretha Zintl Pearce.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Erika Margaretha Zintl Pearce shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 354(5) of that Act.
