This authorization will expire as of September 30, 1960, except for those public works project-s concerning which the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives have been notified pursuant to this section prior to that date. (b) Section 303 of the Act of August 20, 1958 (72 Stat. 636, 655) is hereby repealed except for those public works projects thereunder concerning which the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives have been notified prior to the date of enactment of this Act. SEC. 304. (a) I n accordance with the provisions of section 407 of the Act of September 1, 1954 (68 Stat. 1119, 1125), as amended, the Secretary of the Air Force is authorized to construct, or acquire by lease or otherwise, family housing for occupancy as public quarters and community facilities at the following locations by utilizing foreign currencies acquired pursuant to the provisions of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (68 Stat. 454), or through other commodity transactions of the Commodity Credit Corporation: Various locations, France, 300 units. Alconbury R A F Station, United Kingdom, 203 units and community facilities. Bentwaters R A F Station, United Kingdom, 187 units and community facilities. Burderop P a r k Hospital, United Kingdom, 152 units and community facilities. Croughton R A F Station, United Kingdom, 31 units. Greenham Common R A F Station, United Kingdom, 135 units. High Wycombe R A F Station, United Kingdom, 136 units. Lakenheath-Mildenhall Area, United Kingdom, 468 units and hospital facilities.
