SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury shall cause duplicates in bronze of such medal to be coined and sold, under such regulations as he may prescribe, at a price sufficient to cover the cost thereof (including labor), and the appropriations used in carrying out the provisions of this section shall be reimbursed out of the proceeds of such sale. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the last sentence of paragraph seventh of section 5136 of the Revised Statutes, as amended (12 U.S.C. 24), is amended by striking out so much of the proviso as follows "shall hold obligations issued" and precedes "as a result" and by inserting in lieu thereof "by any of said organizations". Approved September 16, 1959.

To amend the Act of August 1, 1958, to authorize and direct the Secretary of the Interior to undertake continuing studies of the effects of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other pesticides, upon fish and wildlife for the purpose of preventing losses of those invaluable natural resources, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2 of the nfIuidf^'f "'^^'*" Act of August 1, 1958, providing for continuing studies of the effects 72 Stat. 479. of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, and other pesticides, upon fish 16 USC 742d-i and note. and wildlife for the purpose of preventing losses of those invaluable natural resources and for other purposes is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. The sum of $2,565,000 per annum is hereby authorized to be appropriated to carry out the objectives of this Act." Approved September 16, 1959.

To extend the period for filing claims for credit or refund of overpayments of income taxes arising as a result of renegotiation of Government contracts.
