Beginning at a point on the Virginia-West Virginia State line at the corner of Monroe County, West Virginia and Alleghany and Craig Counties, Virginia; thence with the Alleghany-Craig County line to the corner of Alleghany, Botet o u r t and Craig Counties; thence with the Alleghany-Botetourt C o u n t y line to R o u t e 6 2 1; thence southeasterly through Botetourt County with R o u t e 621 to its intersection with R o u t e 43 a t Strom; thence southeasterly with R o u t e 43 to U.S. Highway 220 about three-fourths of a mile north of Eagle Rock; thence northeasterly with the height of land, to and along Rathole Mountain and Sheets Mountain, to Mill Creek, about one-eighth of a mile below the m o u t h of Limestone Hollow; thence northeasterly with the height of land, to and along Sandb a n k M o u n t a i n and North Mountain, to the western corner of Rockbridge C o u n t y on North M o u n t a i n; thence northeasterly, along the to p of North Mountain with the Botetourt-Rockbridge County line and Rockbridge-Alleghany County line to R o u t e 251 on to p of said m o u n t a i n; thence southeasterly with R o u t e 251 through CoUierstown to its intersection with R o u t e 644; thence southerly w i t h R o u t e 644 to its junction with R o u t e 612; thence southerly with R o u t e 612 to its junction with R o u t e 662, thence southerly with R o u t e 662 to its junction with R o u t e 6 6 1; thence southerly with R o u t e 661 to its junction with R o u t e 611; thence southerly with R o u t e 611, crossing the Botetourt-Rockbridge C o u n t y line and through Botetourt County to its intersection with U.S. Highway 1 1; thence southwesterly with U.S. Highway 11 to the center of the bridge across
