Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the pur- jotaSon.*"' ^' ^' poses of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and 66 Stat. i66, iso. Nationality Act, the minor child, Candace Elizabeth Lee Johnson 1155. (Kyung Hee Lee), shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Jack H. Johnson, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the said Candace Elizabeth Lee Johnson (Kyung Hee Lee) shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary le^^estllte*^' ^ ^ ' of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the estate of the late Sinclair G. Stanley, of Cook County, Illinois, the sum of $33,333. The payment of such sum shall be in full satisfaction of all claims of the estate of the said Sinclair G. Stanley for just compensation for the yacht "Seventeen"', such yacht having been sold to the Navy in May 1941 for $1 by the said Sinclair G. Stanley who was mentally incompetent at the time of such sale: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provision of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved April 4, 1960.
