held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Private Law 86-306 AN ACT For the relief of Jan P. Wilczynski.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act relating to required periods of residence and physical presence within the Ignited States, J a n P. Wilczynski may be naturalized at any time after the date of the enactment of this Act if he is otherwise eligible for naturalization under the Immigration and Nationality Act and if lie applies therefor within the one-year period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act. Private Law 86-307 AN ACT For the relief of Josette A. il. Stanton.
Be It enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of section 301(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, and section 16 of the Act of September 11, 1957, Josette A. M. Stanton shall be held and considered to have complied with the provisions thereof if she establishes residence in the United States prior to attaining the age of twenty-five years. Private Law 86-308 AN ACT For the relief of William J. Barbiero.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to William J. Barbiero, of Brooklyn, New York, the sum of $300. The payment of such sum shall be in full settlement of all the claims of William J. Barbiero against the United States for loss of and damage to his property due to the deterioration in storage of his truck, the sole asset of his trucking business, which had been confiscated through no fault of his by agents of the United States Treasury on October 21, 1958: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with 48232 0 - 6 1 - 6 9
