in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Marlene A. Grant, Acme, Michigan, the sum of $1,773.80 in full settlement of all claims of the said Marlene A. Grant against the United States for basic allowance for quarters due her under the Dependents Assistance Act of 1950 as the minor daughter of William Grant, United States Navy (service number 6461175), during the period beginning September 1, 1953, and ending July 31, 1955, both dates inclusive. SEC. 2. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved June 11, 1960.

AN ACT For the relief of Charles Bradford LaRue. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the limitations of time prescribed by section 6(e)(5) of the W a r Claims Act of 1948, as amended, are hereby waived in favor of Charles Bradford LaRue, of Fries, Virginia, and his claim for benefits under section 6(e) of such Act is hereby authorized and directed to be acted upon under the remaining provisions of such section 6(e) if such claim is filed with the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission within six months after the date or enactment of this Act. AN ACT For the relief of Josef Enzinger. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America In Congress assembled, That, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding orders and warrants of deportation, warrants of arrest, and bond, which may have been issued in the case of Josef Enzinger. From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Josef Enzinger shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and orders have issued.
