ing payments of a per diem allowance and travel expenses paid to him for the period June 1, 1955, through August 31, 1955, as a result of administrative error in connection with services rendered to the Government as consultant and as expert in Washington, District of Columbia. I n the audit and settlement of accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States full credit shall be given for the amounts for which liability is relieved by this Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding orders and warrants of deportation, warrants of arrest, and bond, which may have issued in the case of Stamatina Kalpaka. From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Stamatina Kalpaka shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and orders have issued. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding orders and warrants of deportation, warrants of arrest, and bond, which may have issued in the case of Ed^ar Harold Bradley. From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Edgar Harold Bradley shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and orders have issued: Provided, That nothing in this Act shall be construed to waive the provisions of section 315 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Francis M. Haischer, of Albany, New York, of the sum of $2,037.72. Such sum represents an overayment of retired pay which was paid by the Department of the avy which he received in good faith. Approved July 5, 1960.
