AN ACT For the relief of William J. Huntsman.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the William J. Hunts- United States of America in Congress assembled. That William J. '^"' Huntsman is hereby relieved of all liability to refund to the United States the sum of $116.42, representing overpayments of pay and allowances received by him during his service in the United States Army for the period from September 10, 1948, to November 22, 1949, and from April 25, 1956, to November 2, 1957. Approved September 6, 1960.

AN ACT For the relief of Robert J. Reeves. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Robert J. Reeves is hereby relieved of all liability to the United States to refund the amount of $935.20, but not in excess thereof, resulting from an overpayment of compensation he received, through administrative error, as an employee of Wright Air Development Division, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, in the period between August 24, 1958, and January 23, 1960. Approved September 6, 1960.

AN ACT For the relief of Marion John Nagurski. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Marion John Nagurski (serial number 9610124), International Falls, Minnesota, the sum of $182.84. The payment of such sum shall be in full settlement of all claims of Marion John Nagurski against the United States for amounts due him as payment for unused leave accrued by him as an enlisted member of the United States Navy during the period beginning May 2, 1944, and ending January 10, 1946, both dates inclusive: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved September 6, 1960.
