Corporation of a building for the American National Exhibition in Moscow, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, during the summer of 1959, under contract numbered CC-4498 dated December 31, 1958, and the furnishing and erection of a Kaiser Aluminum Dome for the exhibition building by the Lydick Roofing Company under contract numbered CC-4494 dated January 5, 1959. An amount not to exceed $38,551.71 may be allowed in full and final settlement of the claim of the Reynolds Feal Corporation; and an amount not to exceed $29,011.50 may be allowed in full and final settlement of the claim of the Lydick Roofing Company. There is appropriated the sum of $67,563.21 for payment of said claims: Provided, however, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined m any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved June 16, 1961,

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Djura Zelenbaba, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Djura Zelenbaba, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
