Francis Ainsworth.

AN ACT For the relief of Francis Ainsworth.

Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the United States Civil Service Commission is directed to authorize payment, out of the civil service retirement and disability fund, to Francis Ainsworth, of Fall River, Massachusetts, an amount equal to interest at 3 per centum per annum compounded annually, on the refund of retirement deductions which was due him upon his separation from Government service, from the date of such separation to the day of payment of such refund, such payment having been delayed for a period of fifteen years because of an error in the computation of the length of his allowable service. Approved February 16, 1962.

AN ACT For the relief of Arlin David English.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Arlin D. English. United Stotcs of America in Congress assembled, That Arlin David 66 Stat. 267 ' s e "'" English, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of 8 ' u"-- 1481. section 349(a)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, may be naturalized by taking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (2) of section 8 USC 1421, 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any naturaliza1448. tion court in the United States, the oaths prescribed hj section 337 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Arlin David English shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved February 16, 1962.

Julius Benikosky.

AN ACT For the relief of Julius Benikosky.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Julius Benikosky, of Plainfield, New Jersey, the sum of $122.50 in full settlement of all his claims against the United States for reimbursement for a judgment rendered on November 20, 1960, against him individually on a claim arising out of an automobile accident in which he was involved on August 10, 1959, while engaged in his duties as a postal employee at Plainfield, New Jersey: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved February 16, 1962.
