and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Charles E. Deremo and Elene Deremo, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the said Susanne Rae Deremo shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. AN ACT For the relief of Doctor Berchmans Rioux. Be it enacted &y the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Berclimans Rioux shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of July 14, 1949, and the time he has resided and been physically present in the United States since that date shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the said Act. Be it eruwted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress a^gernbled^ That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Lucia Bianca Cianto Rosa shall be deemed to be within the purview of section 4 of Public Law 86-363, the Act of September 22, 1959. AN ACT For the relief of Hugo Kolberg. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Hugo Kolberg, a naturalized citizen of the United States, shall be held not to lose nor to have lost his United States citizenship under section 352(a)(1) of such Act by residing in Germany: Pn>vided, That he returns to the United States for permanent residence prior to September 1, 1964.
