Be it eTuicted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Tai J a Lim may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b) (1)(F), and a petition may be filed in behalf of the said Tai J a Lim \yy John Yung Rhee, a United States citizen, pursuant to section 205(b) of,the Immigration and Nationality Act subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans.
