AN ACT To amend the Act entitled "An Act to incorporate the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America", approved March 2, 1907, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2 of the Act entitled "An Act to incorporate the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America", approved March 2, 1907 (34 Stat. 1226), is amended by striking out the period at the end of the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the following: "to provide all types of benefits which are now or hereafter may be authorized by the laws of the District of Columbia relating to fraternal benefit associations." SEC. 2. Section 755 of the Act entitled "An Act to establish a Code of Law for the District of Columbia", approved March 3, 1901 (31 Stat. 1189), is amended by striking out "which shall not exceed fiftyfive years, and that medical exammations are required of applicants for life benefits,". Approved October 5, 1962.

A t l T H O R I Z A l l O N FOR NATIONAL FISHERIES CENTER A N D AQUARIUM

1. (a) The Administrator of General Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") is hereby authorized to plan, construct, and maintain a National Fisheries Center and Acjuarium in the District of Columbia or its vicinity for research in fisheries and for the display of fresh water and marine fishes and other aquatic resources for educational, recreational, cultural, and scientific purposes. (b) The Administrator is further authorized to use Federal land and property for purposes of this Act with the consent of the particular agency having administrative jurisdiction thereover, and, if said property is unavailable for purposes hereof, he may purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire such lands, waters, and interests therein, as he may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of subsection (a) of this section. SECTION

OPERATION OF THE NATIONAL FISHERIES CENTER A N D AQUARIUM

SEC. 2. (a) The Secretary of the Interior (hereinafter referred to as the "Secretary") shall operate the National Fisheries Center and Aquarium. (b) The Secretary is further authorized to— (1) construct, purchase or lease, and operate and maintain vessels for specimen collecting purposes and, without regard to section 3709 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (41 U.S.C. 5), to contract for such collection of specimens and to purchase or exchange specimens and exhibit materials;
