Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Stanislawa Ouellette may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, and a petition filed in her behalf by Mrs. Stella B. Ouellette, a citizen of the United States, may be approved pursuant to the provisions of section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans.
