Private Law 88-218 AN ACT For the relief of Bozeiia Gvitowska.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Bozena Gutowska may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Chelchowski, a citizen and lawfully resident alien of the United States, respectively, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Approved May 14, 1964.

Private Law 88-219 AN ACT For the relief of Johu Kish (alias John Mihai).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, John Kish (alias John Mihai) shall be held and considered to have been lawfuUy admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quotacontrol officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Approved May 14, 1964.

Private Law 88-220 AN ACT For the relief of Leon Llanos.

Be it enacted by the Senaie and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of section 301(a)(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Leon Llanos, a citizen of the United States at birth, shall be considered to have resided in the United States for five years after attaining the age of fourteen years.
