Public Law 88-314 AN ACT To approve a contract negotiated with the Newton Water Users' Association, Utahs to authorize its execution, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and Rouse of Representatives of the Newton United States of America in Congress assembled, That the proj)Osed Users* A sWater socia contract designated "K.O. Draft 1/31/63; Kev. 3/12/63," negotiated t^ionrutah by the Secretary of the Interior with the Newton Water Users' Asso- j,^"^*'^* ^^ ciation, Utah, to extend the period for repayment of the reimbursable ^"^""^ * construction cost of the Newton project and to establish a variable repayment schedule is approved and the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to execute such contract on behalf of the United States. Approved May 28, 1964.

Public Law 88-315 AN ACT To approve the January 1963 reclassification of land of the Big Flat unit of the Missoula Valley project, Montana, and to authorize the modification of the repayment contract with the Big Flat Irrigation District.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized to negotiate and execute an amendatory contract amending the existing repayment contract between the United States and the Big Flat Irrigation District dated April 2, 1945, by reducing the construction charge obligation of the district in the amount of $7,190, representing the unmatured charges as of December 30, 1962, against one hundred and sixty-four and three-tenths acres of irrigable land presently classified as nonproductive. The reclassification of the lands of the Big Flat unit of the Missoula Valley project, Montana, dated January 1963, is hereby approved. Approved May 28, 1964.

Public Law 88-316 AN ACT To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit schemes in interstate or foreign commerce to influence by bribery sporting contests, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.) That (a) chapter 11, United States Code (entitled "Bribery and Graft"), is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section: "§ 224. Bribery in sporting contests " (a) Whoever carries into effect, attempts to carry into effect, or conspires with any other person to carry into effect any scheme in commerce to influence, in any way, by bribery any sporting contest, with knowledge that the purpose of such scheme is to influence by bribery that contest, shall be fined not more than $10,000, or imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.
