(2) Add the following new subsection: "(e) There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this joint resolution, but in no event shall the sums hereby authorized to be appropriated exceed a total of $13,553.23." Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) item 909.20 of title I of the Tariff Act of 1930 (Tariff Schedules of the United States; 28 F.E., part II, page 433, Au^. 17, 1963) is amended by striking out "On or before 6/30/64" and inserting in lieu thereof "On or before 6/30/66".
