To place in trust status certain lands on the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all the right, title, and interest in and to the following described tracts of land and the improvements thereon on the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota, purchased by the United States with funds derived from the "Indian moneys, proceeds of labor. Rosebud School" account, shall hereafter be held by the United States in trust for the benefit of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota. Land description
