tion for such disability retirement within sixty days after the date of enactment of this Act. No benefits shall accrue by reason of the enactment of this Act for any period prior to the date of enactment of this Act. SEC. 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, benefits payable by reason of the enactment of this Act shall be paid from the civil service retirement and disability fund. Approved August 13, 1965. Be It enacted by the Senate and House of Reprei^entatires of the United States of America- in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Lee Hi Sook may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of that Act, and a petition may be filed in behalf of the said Lee Hi Sook by Captain and Mrs. John H. Duval, Junior, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section •205(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Approved August 24, 1965.

7>V /Y enacted by the Senate and House of Repre.sentat'n'es of the Vn/ted States of America in Conaress assembled. That Major Eav- J^^}- R^y™"^^. mond G. Clark, Junior, United States Army, is hereby relieved of all liability for repayment to the United States of the sum of $1,285.23, lepresenting the amount of overpayments of longevity pay which the said Major Raymond G. Clark, Junior, received for the period from May 19, 1950, through June 30, 1963, while serving as a meml>er of the Ignited States Ami}-, such overpayments having been made to the said Major Raymond (T. Clark, Junior, as a result of his being erroneously credited, for pay puiposes, with service for certain periods during which he was enrolled as a temjwrary member of the United States Coast Guard Reserve. In the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, full credit shall be giA'en for the amounts for which liability is relieved by this Act. SFX. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to l^ay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Major Raymond (T. Clark, Junior, the sum of any amounts received or withheld from him on account of the overpayments referred to in the first section of this Act. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorne}- on account of services rendered in connection with this claim and the same shall be unlawful, an}' contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provision of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a mistlemeano]- and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sun) not exceeding $1,000. Approved "August 28, 1965.
