For the relief of Elizabeth Kam Oi Hu.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representathes of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That Elizabeth Kam Oi Hu, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of paragraph (5), subsection (a) of section 349 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, may be naturalized by taking, prior to one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United State abroad, an oath as prescribed by section 337 of such Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Elizabeth Kam Oi H u shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved September 21, 1965.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Inmiigration and Nationality Act, Angel Lagmay may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101 (b)(1)(F) of the said Act, and a petition may be filed by Cornelio Lagmay, a citizen of the United States, in behalf of the said Angel Lagmay, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Approved September 21, 1965.
