AN ACT

For the relief of Tony Boone.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act (Tony Boone alias Tony Moon) may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Raymond C. Proxmire, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions m that section relating to eligible orphans. Section 205(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, relating to the number of petitions which may be approved, shall be inapplicable in this case. For the relief of Mrs. Michiko Miyazaki Williams.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a) (23) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Michiko Miyazaki Williams may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. For the relief of Ohoy-Sina Mah.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Choy-Sim Mah, the widow of Poi Wong, a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 101(a) (27)(A) of that Act and the provisions of section 205 of the said Act shall not be applicable in this case.
