SEC. 2. There shall be printed twenty-two thousand nine hundred Additional and seventy-five additional copies, of which ten thousand copies shall c op1e s. be for the use of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, ten thousand nine hundred and seventy-five copies shall be for the use of the House of Representatives, and two thousand copies shall be for the House Document Room.
