PAYMENT BY STATES OF PREMIUMS FOR SUPPLEMENTARY MEDICAL INSURANCE

SEC. 122. Sections 3(a), 403(a), 1003(a), 1403(a), and 1603(a) of the Social Security Act are each amended by inserting "premiums 174^ fng^j^^'*' under part B of title X VIII for individuals who are recipients of 42 USC 303', 603, money payments under such plan and other" after "expenditures for" 1203, 1353, isss. in the parenthetical phrase appearing in so much of paragraph (1) thereof as precedes clause (A), and in the parenthetical phrase appearing in paragraph (2) thereof. TITLE II — OTHER AMENDMENTS R E L A T I N G TO H E A L T H CARE PART 1—MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH AND CRIPPLED CHILDREN'S SERVICES I N C R E A S E I N MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH SERVICES

SEC. 201. (a) The first sentence of section 501 of the Social Security Act is amended by striking out "$40,000,000" and all that follows and inserting in lieu thereof "$45,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, $50,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, $55,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, $55,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, and $60,000,000 for the fiscal year ending JiHie 30, 1970, and each fiscal year thereafter." (b) Section 504 of such Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the loilowing new subsection: " (d) Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this section, no payment shall be made to any State thereunder for any period after June 30, 1966, unless it makes a satisfactory showing that the State is extending the provision of maternal and child health services in the State with a view to making such services available by July 1, 1975, to children in all parts of the State."

SEC. 202. (a) The first sentence of section 511 of the Social Security Act is amended by striking out "$40,000,000" and all that follows and 77 st^au 273. inserting in lieu thereof "$45,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June "^^ ' ^^^' 30, 1966, $50,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, $55,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, $55,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969, and $60,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1970, and each fiscal year thereafter." (b) Section 514 of such Act is amended by adding at the end sg'^ltatIs"^' thereof the following new subsection: 42 USC 714*. " (d) Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this subsection, no payment shall be made to any State thereunder for any period after June 30, 1966, unless it makes a satisfactory showing that the State is extending the provision of crippled children'services in the State with a view to making such services available by July 1, 1975, to children in all parts of the State." SEC. 203. (a) Part 2 of title V of the Social Security Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section:
