For grants for urban renewal, fiscal year 1968, as an additional amount for urban renewal programs, as authorized by title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1450 et seq.), and section '^^^ ^* ^^^^ Housing Act of 1954, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1452a), i!^750,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That no commitments shall be entered into during the fiscal year 1968 for grants aggregating more than the total amounts available in that year from the amounts authorized for making such commitments through June 30, 1967, plus the additional amount appropriated herein.
