Public Law 89-426 AN ACT Making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following second suppie. sums are appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise ^^^ Act.Tgee^'^ appropriated, to supply supplemental appropriations (this Act may be cited as the "Second Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1966") for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, and for other purposes, namely: CHAPTEK I DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION

For an additional amount for the "Emergency Credit Revolving Fund", $30,000,000, to remain available until expended. CHAPTER II DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA FEDERAL PAYMENT TO DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

For an additional amount for "Federal payment to the District of Columbia" for the general fund, $1,250,000. OPERATING EXPENSES PUBLIC S A F E T Y

For an additional amount for "Public safety", including $3,700 for disbursement by the administrative office of the United States courts for expenses of the Legal Aid Agency for the District of Columbia, $1,249,200, of which $111,600 shall be payable from the highway fund, $200 from the water fund, and $200 from the sanitary sewage works fund. PARKS AND R E C R E A T I O N

For an additional amount for "Parks and recreation", $210,600. DIVISION OF E X P E N S E S

The sums apjpropriated in this title for the District of Columbia shall, unless otherwise specifically provided for, be paid out of the general fund of the District of Columbia, as defined in the District of Columbia Appropriation Act for the fiscal year involved. 65-300 0-67—12
