Private Law 89-246 AN ACT For the relief of Abraham Ezekiel Cohen.

Be it enacted Ijy the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the i^rovisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the periods of time Abraliam Ezekiel Cohen has resided and was physically present in the United States or any State since June 17, 1957, shall be held and considered as compliance with the residence and physical presence requirement of section 816 of said Act, Approved May 26, 1966.

Private Law 89-247 AN ACT For the relief of Charlotte Sehulz.

Be It enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, the periods of time Charlotte Sehulz has resided in the United States since her lawful admission for permanent residence on July 20, 1955, shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Approved June 21, 1966.

Private Law 89-248 AN ACT For the relief of William F. Kuhlman.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That William F. Kuhlman of Fort Worth, Texas, is relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $3,732.95, representing an overpayment of compensation received by him from November 4, 1961, through January 26, 1963, while employed at the Fort Worth Army Depot, Fort Worth, Texas, which resulted from a failure to make the full withholding from his compensation required by section 13 of the Civil Service Eetirement Act (5 U.S.C. 2263). I n the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for amounts for which liability is relieved by this Act. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said William F. Kuhlman an amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts paid by him or withheld from sums otherwise due him, in complete or partial satisfaction of the liability to the United States specified in the first section of this Act. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with such claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000.
