Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- ^^^^^^^ ^' istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Michel Fahim ^"'^ ' Daniel may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101 (b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf g^us'f'ifoY' by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Daniel, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act. s use ii54. Approved August 4, 1966.

Private Law 89-273 AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Anna Michalska Holoweckyj (formerly Mrs. Anna Zalewski). Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the provisions of section 204(c) of that Act shall be inapplicable in the case of Mrs. Anna Michalska Holoweckyj (formerly Mrs. Anna. Zalewski). Approved August 4, 1966.

Private Law 89-274 AN ACT For the relief of Major Donald W. Ottaway, United States Air Force.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Major Don- Ottaway. JJ^J- ^°'^^^'^ w. aid W. Ottaway, United States Air Force (64856A), of Wichita, Kansas, is relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $2,522.46, representing the total amount of overpayments of compensation paid to him by the United States Air Force as the result of an administrative error in determining the amount of service that should be credited to him for pay purposes. I n the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for amounts for which liability is relieved by this Act. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Major Donald W. Ottaway an amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, in complete or partial satisfaction of the liability to the United States specified in the first section of this Act. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any a^ent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed ^ i l t y of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved August 4, 1966.
