^^^ '^^^' ^^ '^^^ (Nako) Chen shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien daiighter of Mr. and Mrs. Hoy H. McAndrew, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. AN ACT

YoT the relief of certain individuals employed by the Department of Defense at I the Granite City Defense Depot, Granite City, Illinois.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the t^ni^e(/ States of America in Congress assembled, That each individual named in section 3 of this Act is relieved'of liability to pay to the United States the amount set forth opposite his name, which amount represents an erroneous payment of compensation received by him during the period from July 1964 through June 1965 as a civilian employee of the Department of Defense at the Granite City Defense Depot, in Granite City, Illinois, and was erroneously paid to him due to administrative error. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to each individual named in section 3 of this Act, the sum certified to him by the Secretary of Defense as the aggregate of amounts paid by such individual to the United States, or withheld from amounts due him from the United States, on account of the liability for which relief is granted by the first section of the Act. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawfulj any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. SEC. 3. The individuals referred to in the first section of this Act, and the amount of the liability of each of them, are as follows: Name
