PROVISIONS

Appropriations and fnnds available to the Bureau of Commercial Fisheries shall be available for purchase of not to exceed seventeen passenger motor vehicles, of which sixteen shall be for replacement only (including one for police-type use which may exceed by $300 the general purchase price limitation for the current fiscal year); publication and distribution of bulletins as authorized by law (7 U.S.C. 417); ^^ Stat. 69o. rations or commutation of rations for officers and crews of vessels at rates not to exceed $6.50 per man per day; options for the purchase of land at not to exceed $1 for each option; and maintenance and improvement of aquaria, buildings, and other facilities under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Commercial Fisheries to which the United States has title, and which are utilized pursuant to law in connection with management and investigations of fishery resources. BUREAU OF SPORT FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AND INVESTIGATIONS OF RESOURCES

For expenses necessary for scientific and economic studies, conservation, management, investigation, protection, and utilization of sport fishery and wildlife resources, except whales, seals, and sea lions, and for the performance of other authorized functions related to such resources; operation of the industrial properties within the Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge (61 Stat. 770); and maintenance of the herd of long-horned cattle on the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge; $44,148,800. CONSTRUCTION

For construction and acquisition of buildings and other facilities required in the conservation, management, investigation, protection, and utilization of sport fishery and wildlife resources, and the acquisition of lands and interests therein, $4,475,600, and in addition $400,000 to be derived by transfer from the appropriation "Appalachian Region Fish and Wildlife Restoration Projects", Bureau of Sports Fisheries and Wildlife, to remain available until expended. MIGRATORY BIRD CONSERVATION ACCOUNT

For an advance to the migratory bird conservation account, as authorized by the Act of October 4, 1961 (16 U.S.C. 715k-3,5), $7,500,000, to remain available until expended.

For expenses necessary for general administration of the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife, including such expenses in the regional offices, $1,572,000. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

Appropriations and funds available to the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife shall be available for purchase of not to exceed one hundred and thirty-three passenger motor vehicles, of which one hundred and twenty-five are for replacement only (including sixtyseven for police-type use which may exceed by $300 each the general
