FINLAND-ANNIVERSARY OF INDEPENDENCE

Whereas the year 1967 marks the fiftieth anniversary of the independence of Finland; and Whereas these fifty years have been marked by close ties of friendship and association between Finland and the United States: Xow, therefore, be it Renolved by the Senate {the Howe of Representatives commrring) ^ That the Congress of the United States extends its congratulations and best wishes to the Parliament of Finland on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the independence of P^inland and in affirmation of the affection and friendship of the peojjle of the United States for the people of Finland. Agreed to November 27, 1967.

Re.solved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring)^ That there be printed as a House document, and for the use of the (.^ommittee on Education and I^abor, four thousand fi\e hundred and eighty additional copies of the study entitled, "'Study of the U.S. Office of Education, prepared by that committee; and there be printed five thousand four hundred and twenty additional copies, of which four thousand three hundred and ninety copies shall be for the use of the House of Representatives and one thousand and thirty copies shall be for the use of the Senate. SKC. 2. Copies of such document shall be prorated to Members of the Senate and House of Representatives for a period of sixty days, after which the unused balance shall re\ert to the respective Senate and House Document Rooms.
