TITLE VII—GENERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 701. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in (Congress assembled.
