TITLE VII—GENERAL PROVISIONS SEC. 701. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in (Congress assembled. That the following /J^^l^^l^"'^'^^ °1 sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not other- Related Agencies wdse appropriated, for the Department of Agriculture and related Appropriation Act, agencies for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, and for other purposes; namely: DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TITLE I—GENERAL ACTIVITIES AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH SERVICE SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses necessary to perform agricultural research relating to production, utilization, marketing, nutrition and consumer use, to control and eradicate pests and plant and animal diseases, and to perform related inspection, quarantine and regulatory work: Provided, That
