(b) Title 10, United States Code, is amended as f o l l o w s: (1) Sections 3450, 3 8 1 1 (a), 3813, 3815, 6291, 6296, 6298, 6409, 8450, 8811 (a), 8813, and 8815 a r e repealed. (2) The analysis of chapter 339 is amended by striking o u t the following item: "34'50. Warrant oflScers: suspension of laws for promotion or mandatory retirement or separation during war or emergency."
