The sums appropriated in this' title for the District of Columbia shall, unless otherwise specifically provided for, be paid out of the general fund of the District of Columbia, as defined in the District of Columbia Appropriation Act, 1967. GENEIUL PROVISION

SEC. 201. Except where specifically increased or decreased elsewhere in this Act, the restrictions contained within appropriations, or provisions affecting appropriations or other funds, available during the fiscal year 1967, limiting the amounts which may be expended for personal services, or for purposes iiiAolving personal services, or amounts which may be transferred between appropriations or authorizations available for or involving such services, are hereby increased to the extent necessary to meet increased pay costs authorized by or pursuant to law. TITLE III GENERAL PROVISION

SEC. 301. NO part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. Approved May 29, 1967.
