SEC. G. The Governor of Guam shall make an annual report to the mittano^'con'^^' Secretary of the Interior on the administration of this Act who shall g""^^^tlien forward copies of such reports to the Speaker of the House of Ivepresentatives and the President of the Senate. SKC. 7. The Comptroller General of the United States, or any of Auditing, his duly authorized representatives, shall have access, for the purpose of audit and examination, to the books, documents, papers, and records of the agency, or agencies, of the government of Guam administering the plan that are jjertinent to the funds received under this Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of llepreHentafives of the United States of America In Congress assembled, troTforHerithTnd Safety Act of 19 68. SHORT TITLE

1. This Act may be cited as the "Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968-'. SECTION

AMENDMENTS TO PUBIJC HEALTH SERVICE ACT

SEC. 2. Part F of title III of the Public Health Service xVct is gtat! fzt " ' ^ ' ' ' amended— 42 USC 262-263a. (1) by striking out the heading for such part and inserting in lieu thereof the following: PART F — L I C E N S I N G or BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS AND CLINICAL LABORATORIES AND CONTROL OF RADIATION "SUBPART 1—BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS";

(2) by inserting immediately above the section heading of section 353 the following: "SUBPART 2—CLINICAL LABORATORIES"; and

(3) by adding at the end of such part F the following new subpart: "SUBPART 3—ELECTRONIC PRODUCT RADIATION CONTROL "DECLARATION OF PURPOSE
