Yor the relief of William W. Hiebert.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represetitccttves of the United /States of America in Congress assembled. That William W. Hiebert, of Alexandria, Virginia, is hereby relieved of all liability for repayment to the United States of the sum of $149.04 representing overpayments of salary which he received as an employee of the General Services Administration for the period from February 12, 1967, through June 6, 1967, as the result of administrative error. I n the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, full credit shall be given for the amount for which liability is relieved by this Act. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is avithorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said William W. Hiebert the sum of any amounts received or withheld from him on account of the overpayments referred to in the first section of this Act. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
