^^ ACT T^ amend the Public Health Service Act and other laws to provide increased research into, and prevention of, d r u g abuse and d r u g dependence; to provide for t r e a t m e n t and rehabilitation of d r u g abusers and d r u g dependent persons; and to strengthen existing law enforcement authority in the fleld of d r u g abuse.
