AN ACT To provide financial assistance for and establishment of a national rail passenger system, to provide for the modernization of railroad passenger equipment, to authorize the prescribing of minimum standard s for railroad passenger service, to amend section 13a of the I n t e r s t a t e Commerce Act, and for other purposes 91-519 Health Training Improvement Act of 1970. AN ACT To amend title VII of the Public Health Service Act to establish eligibility of new schools of medicine, dentistry, osteopathy, p h a r m a c y, optometry, veterinary medicine, and p o d i a t r y for institutional grants under section 771 thereof, to extend and improve the program relating to training of personnel in the allied health professions, and for other purposes 91-520 Saint Lawrence River Toll bridge, construction authorization. AN ACT To authorize the T h o u s and Islands Bridge Authority to construct, maintain, and operate an additional toll bridge across the Saint Lawrence River a t or near Cape Vincent, New York 91-521 Civil Rights Commission, appropriations. AN ACT To a u t h o r ize appropriations for the Civil R i g h t s Commission, and for other purposes 91-522 Almonds, marketing orders, paid advertising. AN ACT To amend the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933, as amended, and reenacted and amended by the Agricultural M a r k e t i n g Act of 1937, as amended, to authorize marketing research and promotion projects including paid advertising for almonds 91-523 Indians, jurisdiction in Alaska. AN ACT To amend section 1162 of title 18, United States Code, relating to State jurisdiction over offenses committed by or against Indians in the Indian country 9 1 - 5 2 4 - - _ Agricultural Act of 1970. AN ACT To establish improved programs for the benefit of producers and consumers of dairy products, wool, wheat, feed grains, cotton, and other commodities, to extend the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954, as amended, and for other purposes 91-525 Housing. AN ACT To provide an additional temporary extension of the Federal Housing Administration's insurance authority 9 1 - 5 2 6. - - National Retailing Week. JOINT RESOLUTION To authorize and request the President to proclaim the period January 10, 1971, through January 16, 1971, as " National Retailing Week" 9 1 - 5 2 7.. - Drug Abuse Education Act of 1970. AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to m a k e grants to conduct special educational programs and activities concerning the use of drugs and for other related educational purposes 91-528 American Revolution Bicentennial Commission, establishment. AN ACT To amend the joint resolution establishing the American Revolution Bicentennial Commission 91-529 Uniformed Services, family separation allowance. AN ACT To amend section 427(b) of title 37, United States Code, to provide that a family separation allowance shall be paid to a member of a uniformed service even though the member does not maintain a residence or household for his dependents, subject to his m a n a g e m e n t and control 91-530 D.C. tenancies; Fire Chief and Chief of Police, salary adjustment. AN ACT To provide that in the District of Columbia one or more grantors in a conveyance creating an estate in joint tenancy or tenancy by the entireties may also be one of the grantees -,91-531 D.C, public assistance recipients, relatives' responsibility. AN ACT To amend section 19 of the District of Columbia Public Assistance Act of 1962 91-532 D.C, police and firemen, survivor benefits. AN ACT To provide that the widow of a retired officer or member of the M e t r o politan Police Department or the Fire Department of the District of Columbia who married such officer or member after his retirement may qualify for survivor benefits
