Postage stamp allowances for the first session of the Ninety-second Congress, as follows: Clerk, $1,120; Sergeant at Arms, $840; Doorkeeper, $700; Postmaster, $560, airmail and special-delivery postage stamps for each Member, the Speaker, the majority and minority leaders, the majority and minority whips, and to each standing committee, as authorized by law; $320,390.
