PUBLIC LAW 91-597-DEC. 29, 1970 APPROPRIATIONS

SEC. 27. Such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act are hereby authorized to be appropriated. SEPARABILITY OF PROVISIONS

SEC. 28. If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the Act and of the application of such provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby. EFFECTIVE DAY

SEC. 29. The provisions of this Act with respect to egg products shall take effect six months after enactment. Otherwise, this Act shall take effect eighteen months after enactment. Approved December 29, 1970.
