PRIVATE LAW 91-192-NOV. 25, 1970

In the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, full credit shall be given for the amount for which liability is relieved by this Act. SEC. 2. (a) The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Donal E. McGonegal, the sum of any amoimit received or withheld from him on account of the overpayment referred to in the first section of this Act. (b) No part of any amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on ac^^ount of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved November 25, 1970.

Private Law 91-190 AN ACT

For the relief of Mrs. Anastasia Pertsovitch.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Anastasia Pertsovitch, the widow of Mr. Dmytro Pertsovitch, a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act and the provisions of section 204 of said Act shall not be applicable in this case. Approved November 25, 1970.

Private Law 91-191 AN ACT November 25, 1070

For the relief of Mrs. Pang Tai Tai.

Be it enacted 'by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a) (25) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Pang Tai Tai may be issued a visa and be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice has knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Approved November 25, 1970.
