Section 1 of the Act of August 3, 1950, chapter 53T, as si Stat. IDS. amended (10 U.S.C. 3201 note), is amended by striking out "July 1, 1971" and inserting in place thereof "July 1, 1973". SEC. 103. Section 9 of the Act of June 27, 1957, Public Law 85-62, as amended (81 Stat. 105), is amended by striking out "July 1, 1971" and ^/^^J^^ ^^^' inserting in place thereof "July 1, 1973". SEC. 104. Sections 302 and 303 of title 37, United States Code, are each amended by striking out "July 1, 1971" whenever that date appears and inserting in place thereof "July 1, 1973". SEC. 105. Section 16 of the Dependents Assistance Act of 1950 (50 App. U.S.C. 2216) is amended by striking out "July 1, 1971" and inserting in place thereof "July 1, 1973". NondiscriminaSEC. 106. Unless prohibited by treaty, no person shall be discrimi- tion. nated against by the Department of Defense or by any officer or employee thereof, in the employment of civilian personnel at any facility or installation operated by the Department of Defense in any foreign country because such person is a citizen of the United States or is a dependent of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States.
