There shall be printed and bound, as directed by the Joint Committee on Printing, five thousand five hundred copies, of which four thousand three hundred and fifty copies shall be for the use of the House of Representatives, one thousand copies shall be for the use of the Senate, and one hundred and fifty copies shall be for the use of the widow of the late Justice Hugo L. Black, Mrs. Elizabeth Seay Black. SEC. 3. Copies of such document shall be prorated to Members of the House of Representatives and the Senate for a period of sixty days, after which the unused balance shall revert to the respective House and Senate document rooms. P a s s e d December 17, 1971.

Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring), That the two Houses of Congress shall adjourn on Friday, December 17, 1971, and that when they adjourn on said day, they stand adjourned sine die. P a s s e d December 17, 1971.
