Permanent Select Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives of the United States"', together with appendixes containing various tables, charts, and so forth, which were prepared at the instance and direction of the Honorable Joe L. Evins of Tennessee, chairman, together with such additional explanatory matter as the Joint Committee may deem pertinent. SEC. 2. There shall be printed and suitably bound as directed by the Joint Committee, ten thousand copies of such document of which five hundred shall be appropriately bound in hard back covers bearing the title of the document in gold leaf lettering on the front covers as well as on the back strips, all for the use of the permanent Select Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives. CORRECTIONS OF ENROLLED BILL H. R. 9286

Besolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring), That the Clerk of the House of Representatives, in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 9286) to authorize appropriations during the fiscal year 1974 for procurement of aircraft, missiles, naval vessels, tracked combat vehicles, torpedoes, and other weapons, and research, development, test and evaluation for the Armed Forces, and to prescribe the authorized personnel strength for each active duty component and of the Selected Reserve of each reserve component of the Armed Forces, and the military training student loads, and for other purposes, is authorized and directed to make the following corrections: (1) Immediately after section 805, insert the following new section: "SEC. 806. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, upon enactment of this Act, no funds heretofore or hereafter appropriated may be obligated or expended to finance the involvement of United States military forces in hostilities in or over or from off the shores of North Vietnam. South Vietnam, Laos, or Cambodia, unless specifically authorized hereafter by the Congress.*' (2) Redesignate sections 806 through 818 as sections 807 through 819, respectively. !
