"and" after "1972,", and (B) by inserting after "1973" the following: ", and $10,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974". (2) Section 314(b)(1)(A) is amended (A) by striking out "and" after "1972,", and (B) by inserting after "1973" the following: ", and $25,100,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974". (3) Section 314(c) is amended (A) by striking out "and" after "1972,", and (B) by inserting after "1973" the following: ", and $4,700,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974". (4) Section 314(d)(i) is amended (A) by striking out "and" after "1972,", and (B) by inserting after "1973" the following: ", and $90,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974". (5) Section 314(e) is amended (A) by striking out "and" after "1972,", (B) by inserting "and $230,700,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974," after "1973,", and (C) by adding at the end thereof the following: "No grant may be made under this subsection for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, to cover the cost of services described in clause (1) or (2) of the first sentence if a grant or contract to cover the cost of such services may be made or entered into from funds authorized to be appropriated for such fiscal year under an authorization of appropriations in any provision of this Act (other than this subsection) amended by title I of the Health Ante, p. 91. Programs Extension Act of 1973." (b) The first sentences of sections 314(b)(1)(A) and 314(c) are each amended by striking out "and ending June 30, 1973" and inserting in lieu thereof "and ending June 30, 1974". ASSISTANCE

SEC. 107.
