SEC. 301. (a) Section 122(b) of the Developmental Disabilities Services and Facilities Construction Act is amended (1) by striking out "and" after "1972;", and (2) by inserting after "1973" the following: "; and $9,250,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974". (b) Section 131 of such Act is amended (1) by striking out "and" after "1972,", and (2) by inserting after "1973" the following: ", and $32,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974". (c) Section 137(b)(1) is amended by striking out "the fiscal year ending June 30, 1973" and inserting in lieu thereof "each of the fiscal
