Section 603(b) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act of 1972 (22 U.S.C. 2823(b)), relating to the reporting date for the Commission on the Organization of the Government for the Conduct of Foreign Policy, is amended by striking out "June 30, 1974" and inserting in lieu thereof "June 30, 1975". SEC. 5, Subsection (b) of section 502 of the Mutual Security Act of 1954 (22 U.S.C. 1754) is amended— (1) by striking out "$50" in the first sentence of such subsection and inserting in Tieu thereof "$75"; (2) by inserting immediately before "appropriate committees" the following: "Members and employees of"; and (3) by striking out the colon and all that follows thereafter in such subsection and inserting in lieu thereof a period and the following: "Within the first ninety calendar days that Congress is in session in each calendar year, the Department of State shall submit to the chairman of each such committee a report showing the amounts and dollar equivalent values of each such foreign currency expended during the preceding calendar year by each ]\Iember and employee with respect to travel outside the United States. Such reports of that committee shall be available for public inspection in the offices of such committee." AMBASSADORS AND

SEC. 6. From and after the date of enactment of this Act, each person appointed by the President as ambassador or minister shall, at the time of his nomination, file with the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives a report of contributions made by such person and by members of his immediate family during the period beginning on the first day of the fourth calendar year preceding the calendar year of his nomination and ending on the date of his nomination, which report shall be verified by the oath or affirmation of such person, taken before any officer authorized to administer oaths. As used in this section, the term "contribution" has the same meaning given such term by section 301(e) of the Federal Flection Campaign Act of 1971, and the term "immediate family" means a per'son's spouse, and any child, parent, grandparent, brother, or ^ister of such person and the spouses of any of them. SEC. 7. (a) Section 2(2) of the Act of September 19, 1966 (80 Stat. 808; 22 U.S.C. 277d-31), is amended by striking out "$20,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$25,000". (b) Section 3 of the Act of August 10, 1964 (78 Stat. 386; 22 U.S.C. 277d-28), is amended by striking out "$20,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$30,000". (c) The last paragraph of the Act of September 18, 1964 (78 Stat. 956; 22 U.S.C. 277d-29). is amended by striking out "$23,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$50,000".
